  • Location: The Kettering Park Hotel & Spa, Kettering

    Hours: Full time, 45 hours per week, shift work. 5 days over 7

    Details:  A rare opportunity has arisen to join our four star luxury hotel to work in busy and well respected kitchen, contributing to customer satisfaction through the preparation of high-quality food items in accordance with hotel standards.  Working closely with the Restaurant to deliver and maintain our 1 AA Rosette quality, the CDP will contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef. It is vital to be knowledgeable about the day’s business, be familiar with the menu, ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion, ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the hotel standard, avoid unnecessary wastage and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.

    Requirements:
    Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role preferably with an AA Rosette background, must be standards driven and detail orientated, must have the ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, must be flexible with hours and have excellent communication skills.
