Location: Kettering Park Hotel & Spa, Northamptonshire
Hours: 39 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, shift work including evenings and weekends.
Details. You will provide customer-focussed service to all our guests both face to face and on the telephone. You will carry out all daily reception shift procedures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs The role requires dealing with Cash / Cheque and Credit Card Transactions and reconcile them at the end of each shift. You will be operating the Switchboard and answer and respond to all incoming calls, external and internal, as per the Hotel Product Plan and SOPs. You must respond to all enquires, requests and reservations efficiently and with high standards of welcome and hospitality and in line with the hotel product plan.
You will be checking guests In and Out as per the SOP standard, showing efficiency and friendliness at all times.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented, have a positive and cheerful attitude to both staff and customers, and be passionate in wanting to provide first class customer care. You will represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times. Experience of working in a 4* Hotel environment is desirable as well as Receptionist experience. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
