  • Solent Hotel & Spa offers guests an escape from everyday life into a world of luxury and indulgence, whether it is work, rest or play.     To act as the model of good conduct for all staff in the hotel bars, maintain standards with regard to hygiene, cleanliness, safety, food and liquor services and liquor control within the hotel bars.

    To be responsible for those personnel working in the bars and for their work performance.  To provide, at all times, an efficient and hospitable service to guests.

    Experience would be desirable, preferably within the F&B sector of a Hotel.

    Hours of work: 40 hours a week over 5 days to include bank holidays and weekends
