  • Location: Solent Hotel and Spa, Fareham

    Shifts: Working full time, 45 hours per week based on shifts which can include splits

    Details: We are looking for an individual to work in our well respected kitchen.  You will be working in preparing food to menu specifications, maintaining high levels of hygiene in your work areas and the machinery used, and work to eliminate wasteful and unprofitable practices.

    Requirements Of The Successful Applicant:  This position is the first step for someone looking to work and progress in the kitchen side of hospitality.  No past experience is necessary as full training will be given.  The successful candidate must have a desire to progress within the chef brigade by hard work and an eagerness to learn the trade.
