Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol
Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week working 5/7 days.
Details:
- To undertake plumbing, painting, decorating, carpentry and minor mechanical and electrical work as necessary to maintain safe and efficient systems with in the Hotel.
- To ensure all work undertaken is completed safely and in accordance with the relevant approved codes of practice.
- Garden duties.
- To respond to maintenance requests in order of priority as requested by hotel departments, ensuring all requests are completed on a timely, cost effective basis according to specifications.
- In conjunction with Maintenance Manager to be responsible for Health and Safety of the maintenance department and assist other departments as required.
- Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- Follows the company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to other heads of department.
Requirements: May be required bank holidays and weekends
