Senior Health & Beauty Therapist

• Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol
  
  Hours: A working week averaging 35-40 hours, working any 5days in 7 with a requirement to work weekends. Salon rooms open Thursday - Sunday
  
  

  Job Role:
  

  • Responsible for the training of all Therapists in conjunction with therapy trainer and the resource of external support.
  • To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained throughout the Health & Beauty Therapists.
  • To oversee the sales records of all Therapists before being forwarded to the Spa Manager.
  • Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy and hygiene legislation.
  • To ensure that the Spa Team are aware of Spa Treatment booking and payment procedures and responsibilities.
  • Responsible for advising staff rota levels to the Spa Manager in accordance with business demands.
  • To set an example to all therapists in areas of professionalism, appearance and attitude as required by all therapists.
  • To perform all treatments to the highest of standards.
  • To Provide customer-focussed service to all our guests both face to face and on the telephone.
  • Be of smart appearance and to represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.
