  • Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol

    Hours: A working week averaging 16 hours, working either early 6.30-3.30pm or late 3-11.30pm shifts on Saturday or Sunday.

    Role: To Provide customer-focussed service to all our guests both face to face and on the telephone.

    Be of smart appearance and to represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times.

    Carry out all daily reception shift procedures as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    Deal with Cash / Cheque and Credit Card Transactions and reconcile them at the end of each shift.

    Operate the Switchboard and answer and respond to all incoming calls, external and internal, as per the Hotel Product Plan and SOPs.

    Respond to all enquires, requests and reservations efficiently and with high standards of welcome and hospitality and in line with the hotel product plan.
    And SOPs.

    Check Guests In and Out as per the SOP standard, showing efficiency and friendliness at all times.

    Live in accommodation may be available for a short time if moving to the area
