Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol
Hours: Full time - 40+ hours per week.
Job Role: You will be responsible for the day to day food service operation, assist, maintain and develop a standard of food and wine service, in the food service areas, in accordance with the hotel product plan and the requirements of the hotel General Manager. Provide, at all times, an efficient and hospitable service to guests.
Your tasks will include:
- Day to day operation of the food service areas,economic rotoring and the effective management of staff working in the food service department.
- Maintain an efficient billing system, develop and train all food service personnel.
- Apply health, safety, security and food hygiene requirements within the food service department.
- Uphold a high level of communication with the kitchen brigade and liaise closely with regard to menu items, specialty menus, special requests and business levels.
