Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol
Hours: Full time - 40+ hours per week.
Job Role: To assist in the supervision and development of the reception team through training to deliver the Hotel product plan and maintain standard operating procedures.
Your tasks will include:
- Carry out additional projects and responsibilities as delegated by the Reception Manager which contribute to the daily organisation and operation of the reception department's standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Assist the Reception Manager in providing in-house training sessions and ongoing coaching of all reception shift procedures as per SOPs.
- Record and display all training on the training matrix.Have a high level of knowledge relating to the hotel product plan and services.
- Assist in the economic rostering and effective supervision of the team, to manage the day-to-day operation of reception.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy of daily bankings and ensure recorded as per SOPs.
