Location: Aztec Hotel & Spa, Bristol
Hours: Full time - 43.5 hours per week.
Job Role:To produce food in the Kitchen to the menu specifications. Ensure highest level of hygiene – personal, in practices and in place of work.
To maintain areas of work and machinery used in a safe, hygienic and correct condition. Eliminate wasteful or unprofitable practices.
Clean items of equipment and places of work as directed by the Head Chef.Work as part of our Kitchen and Food Service Team
