Location: Cottons Hotel & Spa, Knutsford
Working hours:
Full time hours: 5 days out of 7, 40 hours per week including weekends
Part-time hours: Flexible hours according to the needs of the business
Summary of Job Role:
To work as part of a team in both Restaurant and Bars, providing a high standard of food & beverage service to guests in accordance with the Hotel’s Product Plan.
You will also be required to maximise profits via upselling products and hotel services.
Career progression available for the ideal candidate.
Requirements of the successful applicant:
Smart, enthusiastic and with excellent customer relation skills, you will ensure that the needs of our guests are immediately attended to and that the quality of service is such that they return time and time again.
Bar and restaurant experience required. Own transport required.
