Thorpe Park Hotel Leeds is looking to recruit a conference porter to work within the conference department, duties include clearing and setting of meeting rooms and our dedicated conference Café area. Serving and clearing lunch and refreshments to our conference guests. Dealing with customer enquiries and requests. Security of Hotel property The team member must be of smart appearance and able to represent the Company and the Hotel in a loyal, professional and knowledgeable manner at all times. Respond to all enquires, and requests efficiently and with high standards of welcome and hospitality and in line with the hotel product plan.
