  • Location: Thorpe Park Hotel and Spa, Leeds

    Hours: 40-45 hours (5 days over 7)

    Shifts: Done on a rota basis depending on the needs of the business (will includes evenings and weekends)
    Detail: An exciting position within our food and beverage department.  The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible to oversee day to day operations of the food service (including restaurant, bar and functions) and support the Food and Beverage Manager in sales, operational standards, personnel and development, customer service and food service profitability.

    Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a Food and Beverage environment and looking to take the next step to supervisory level or a supervisor in a smaller environment wishes to take on their next challenge.  Duties would include taking responsibility for shifts; you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy restaurant renowned of its exceptional food service. Running Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner shifts in additional to functions and events. With the presence, standing and credibility to inspire, train and motivate your team, you will make mise-en-place a key priority and develop excellent relationships with the kitchen brigade. As our logo suggests, we are famous for our 'small details', so your attention to detail will be second to none. You will also have excellent communication skills, be immaculately presented, have a positive and cheerful attitude to both staff and customers, and be passionate in wanting to provide first class customer care.
