• Location: Thorpe Park Hotel and Spa, Leeds

  Hours: 40hrs
  
  Details: Working in a busy department you will represent the hotel by taking reservations over the phone. The ideal candidate will have experience of in house reservation’s system( portfolio) and online booking systems. Hours of work would be earliest start time 8.30am and latest finish time 7.00pm. Most weeks this role would be Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required as may include Saturdays. This role is office based and would suit an individual who has experience of working in a hotel reception/reservations environment.  Good communication, admin and computer skills are essential.
  
  Requirements: Must have experience in word and excel. Previous experience in a similar role would be a great advantage. Must be flexible in terms of hours and shifts.
