I was ecstatic when I found out that I had been accepted into the Academy. I worked really hard to prepare for the interview and I’m grateful it paid off. I am really looking forward to the next two years being able to obtain a Level 3 NVQ in Hospitality Management is obviously a bonus.
I feel the Academy will help me to progress further in my career and teach me the skills needed to run front of house as well as to give me more knowledge & understanding of the industry. The Academy is a great starting block for progression to my ultimate goal of becoming a General Manager for my own hotel in the future.
