Seasonality of foods has always formed the base from which our menus have been created, but even more so now than ever. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure we can make our menus attractive to our guests and provide the best locally sourced and freshest ingredients possible.
Spring is now well and truly with us, with the memories of winter fading fast. The food is starting to lighten but the weather still intemperate with sun and then snow. Try our seasonal dishes and spring favourites such as, Oak Smoked Chicken Salad with spring greens and garlic cream dressing, New Season Lamb Shank “Shepherd’s Pie” topped with root vegetable mash and pickled red cabbage followed by New Season Rhubarb & Stem Ginger Crumble with custard.
