  • The guarantee covers all six Shire Hotels.
  • If you make a booking on the Shire Hotels website and then, within 24 hours, find a rate on the internet or the same stay that is cheaper - we will honour the lower rate and give you a further 10% off that rate.
  • The lowest rate guarantee does not apply to contracted, confidential or otherwise unpublished rates, such as Affinity members special offers, spa members rates, negotiated corporate or group rates and pre paid rates that involve a voucher.
  • Shire Hotels reserves the right to modify this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
