When you join the Management Development Programme, we'll work with you to plan your individual programme.
If you've got lots of food and drink service skills, but never tackled Reception and Reservations, this will be high on the agenda. There is no set programme - it's all about complementing the skills you already have and developing them.
In terms of location, then it could be any one of the company's hotels - so you will need to mobile and flexible. Don't worry - we'll work with you to plan the moves and there is often live-in accommodation available.
